托福95行不行?

只要是申請需要TOEFL成績的學校的考友們都知道，TOEFL的高標門檻為100(當然還 有一些死變態如Oxxxxx跟Inssss一個要求109一個要求105...)。 而老娘我，偏偏就是95，眼見deadline紛紛來臨，我自己也很沒把握能夠在2月份考到100+，很孬的我寫了一封信問各家Adcom會不會沒到 100就不審了:


To Whom It May Concern,

I am an applicant to the Full-Time MBA program for Fall 2011. My TOEFL score is 95 (R29 L24 S20 W22). I am aware of XX's TOEFL requirements (>100), but I am wondering if the Admission Committee will review applications where the TOEFL score is less than 100. If not, I will retake my TOEFL test ASAP. I look forward to your response, thank you!

Thank you for your email.  Please note that XX doesn't have a minimum score for the TOEFL.  You may find our evaluation criteria at the following link of interest:

啥!沒有最低分的限制，那之前一堆人跟我說沒到100申請資料直接丟垃圾桶是怎樣?!

但有的則是回:

Thank you for your interest in the XX School MBA program.  We will review applications with a lower TOEFL requirement.  If you can get your score above 100, that will help your chances.

看到這樣的回答，心裡頭真的很忐忑不安...難道，是因為要多騙一些申請費才這樣寫的嘛，最後所有資料還是丟進資源回收桶了?當然，既然報名費都繳了，當然還是給它考下去。希望老天能夠讓我在最後幾天，專注完成自己該完成的任務~~
